6/11/2010 Flight to Beijing!!!



6/12/2010 Arrive in Beijing and catch flight CA 1581 to Nanchang, 7:25pm-9:40pm, terminal T3. Echo will meet you at the airport and take you to check in the Galactic Peace Hotel.



6/13/2010 Trip to the Civil Affairs office to pick up your daughter!!!!



6/14/2010 City Tour



6/15/2010 City Tour



6/16/2010 City Tour



6/17/2010 Complete paperwork in the Civil Affairs office.



6/18/2010 Pick up the notary paperwork and baby’s passport. Flight to

Guangzhou, MU5255 , 1:30pm-2:45pm. Helen will meet you at

the airport and take you to check in the White Swan Hotel.



6/19/2010 Baby’s medical check, visa photo and visa paperwork



6/20/2010 Tour Guangzhou



6/21/2010 US Consulate interview. Guide will deliver your paperwork.

Family should remain in hotel room until guide calls giving you

the “okay”.



6/22/2010 Trip to the USC to take the group oath in the afternoon



6/23/2010 Pick up your baby’s visa!!



6/24/2010 Leave for the airport, flight CA1330 to Beijing 10:00am-

1:00pm. Return home!!!
